You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product – no reason required.

The product must be unused and complete.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Return the product to the address specified in the form.
A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
If the received product is defective, you can file a claim/complaint in accordance with warranty law.

Report the complaint immediately after discovering the defect by sending the completed form to claims@ulter.com.pl
The defect must not result from improper use.
After acceptance of the claim by Ulter-Sport, the product must be returned at your own expense.
The claim/complaint will be processed within 14 working days from the receipt of the returned item.
Most products come with a manufacturer's warranty – from 12 to 60 months, depending on the product type.
Warranty periods:
Universal exhaust tips – 24 months
Dedicated and universal tailpipe covers – 24 months
Mufflers (aluminized steel) – 24 months
Mufflers (stainless steel) – 5 years
Valve flap with electronics – 12 months
Warranty exclusions: clamps, brackets, sealing rings, and flexible connectors.
Terms:
The product must be used in accordance with the instructions.
The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, incorrect installation, or modifications.
The warranty is covered withing the EU, however:
• The manufacturer does not cover the costs of returning the product.
• The customer is responsible for organizing and paying for the return shipment.
• The product can only be returned to the original shipping address provided during the purchase
Products may be returned to the original delivery address.
The defect must result from a manufacturing or material defect.
The product must be returned with a copy of the proof of purchase.
