ULTER-SPORT WARRANTY

Terms & Conditions

In the event of a claim, it is the responsibility of the claimant to return the products to their authorised Ulter-Sport dealer, carriage paid, and the products will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion, free of charge. 

Warranty terms does not cover garage labour, recovery, vehicle hire or any other associated costs. 

The defective products must be returned for inspection prior to any replacement products being issued. 

Repairs must only be carried out by an authorised Ulter-Sport dealer. In the event that repairs are carried out elsewhere, this Warranty will be rendered void.

1. Ulter-Sport insure against any defects in materials and workmanship. 

2. Ulter-Sport warrants that the product is new and unused.

3. The warranty period is:

- universal tips:  24 months

- dedicated and universal handpieces: 24 months

- universal and dedicated silencers in aluminum steel: 24 months

- universal and dedicated silencers in stainless steel: 5 years

- silencer flap valve including electronics: 12 months

from date of sale.

*clamps, olives, sealing rings, flexible couplings and fittings are not covered by the warranty

4. This warranty covers all defects in material* and/or faults caused during the production process.

5. This warranty is intended to cover Ulter-Sport products when they are used in the manner for which they were originally designed.

6. Ulter-Sport limits this warranty to credit or replacement of product to the distributor of any Ulter-Sport part that fails because of a defect in materials or workmanship.

7. Ulter-Sport will not be responsible when products are subject to abuse, such as:

• Any defect, malfunction or failure caused by damage while in transit, off highway use, competitive events, or by abuse, misuse, accident or neglect.
• Misapplication, improper installation, misuse, abuse, unauthorized repairs and finishes applied, accidents, or modifications to the original design.
• Corrosion or cosmetic flaws due to chemicals, caustic cleaning agents, climate conditions, neglect, or lack of proper cleaning.
• Removal or replacement costs.
• Damage to related components
• Costs incurred due to downtime of vehicle, towing costs or transportation costs
• Normal wear and tear
• Shipping costs.

8. To obtain service under this warranty, the product must be returned, to the Ulter-Sport dealer where purchased, upon discovery of a defect in material and/or workmanship at the customer’s expense for verification before any replacement or repair will be made.

9. The final decision to repair or replace said parts is solely at the discretion of Ulter-Sport after receiving the parts in question.

10. In the event of a warranty claim, Ulter-Sport will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any defective Ulter-Sport components upon receipt of the item and proof of the original purchase date.

11. A reasonable period of time must be allowed for warranty replacement, shipping, and/or repairs to be completed after the product is received.

12. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
