About Us

The company was first established in 1986, specialising in the repairing and replacement of exhaust systems. By 1990 operating under the name of ULTER, we moved into the area of producing, servicing and selling standard silencers for most car models.

In 1992, because of a growing demand within the automotive market, we used our specialist expertise and started to produce sport silencers and tailpipes. We were instrumental in the development and introduction of new technologies, as well as the use of high-parameter materials. We pride ourselves on the fact that the final product met all the expectations of our customers, and as a result we were awarded with a certificate by “PiMOT”, the Automotive Industry Institute in Warsaw, which entitles us to mark our products with the “B” safety mark.

In 2001 the company was re-branded as ULTER-SPORT Ltd. with the primary objective of developing a sales network and building a modern plant which would meet the high standards and strict requirements of our clients from Western Europe and beyond.

In 2003 the new plant, which is equipped with technological facilities, was opened in Węgierska Górka, situated to the south of the historical city Żywiec, where we remain up to today. And as a result of the high standards we set ourselves we have been able to conquer the markets of the European Union.

In 2004, the quality management system implemented in the plant according to the requirements of SO 9001: 2000 was certified by the German TÜV CERT Saarland Institute based in Sulzbach. In the same year, our products received European approval confirmed by TÜV SÜD tests in Munich. In addition to its long-term activity in the automotive parts and accessories market and the tuning market as sales directions for its products, the company ULTER – SPORT actively and dynamically develops production for the Automotive segment in the supply of components for exhaust systems being the first equipment for cars. Production is carried out for recognized car manufacturers both in Poland and abroad. We are convinced that our products meet the expectations of even the most demanding customers.

Scope of Production Processes and Services Available for Cooperation

As part of our operations, we offer comprehensive processing, assembly, and design support services. Our advanced technological infrastructure and experienced team allow us to handle both single orders and complex production projects. The scope of available processes includes:

• Welding – precise joining of components using TIG and MIG/MAG methods, both for structural and aesthetic applications.

• Surface Finishing – we offer grinding, polishing, and brushing of components to achieve the desired functional and visual properties.

• Forming – we carry out rolling, pressing, cutting, bending, and other shaping processes for a wide range of materials.

• Component Cleaning – CASTOR – specialized cleaning using CASTOR technology, ensuring high technical cleanliness.

• Tooling and Machinery Design & Manufacturing – complete preparation of technological stations and equipment to support production processes.

• Quality Control Laboratory – measurements, compliance analysis, and quality reports – we ensure full quality assurance of finished products.

• Laser Cutting (KIMLA) – precision cutting of tubes and sheets of various thicknesses and shapes.

• Assembly and Final Packaging – assembling subcomponents and preparing finished products for shipment.
