According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), which will be applied from May 25, 2018, we would like to inform you that the Administrator of your personal data is "ADMINISTRATOR" - Ulter-Sport Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Węgierska Górka at Wyzwolenia 24, entered into the National Court Register under number: 0000156224, NIP: 937-23-32-097, REGON: 072394980, tel. 33 860 49 50.

The store's Administrator undertakes to properly secure personal data.

We will process the personal data that you entrust to us for the following purposes:

  1. For the necessary purpose of fulfilling the contract in which you are a party, (concluding and executing the contract or taking action before concluding the contract in order to conclude it (preparing and presenting an offer), in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR.

  2. For the necessary purpose of fulfilling the legal obligation of the Administrator in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR.

  3. In addition, in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR, we process personal data for the necessary purpose of achieving legitimate interests of the Administrator (monitoring the facility to ensure safety, marketing our products or services, enforcing claims).

  4. If we process personal data for the purpose of sending commercial information by electronic means, e.g. advertisements by post or by using telecommunication end devices - sending SMS messages with advertising content, in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR, this is done on the basis of a separately, voluntarily given consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

Planned period of personal data storage (art. 15 sec. 1 lit. D GDPR)

All personal data will be deleted in accordance with the data archiving requirements. In accordance with the law, after achieving the purpose or fulfilling the legal obligation of the Administrator, they will be deleted.

Rights of the person whose personal data is being processed.

The client has the possibility to submit a request regarding personal data in electronic form.

We inform you that in connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

You have the right to access the content of your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data processed in IT systems, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of processing (this is possible if processing is based on consent, not, for example, on provisions entitling the Administrator to process this data).

Additionally, we inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016 of April 27, 2016.

In fulfilling the obligation arising from Article 13(1) and (2) of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform you that we process your personal data. IV. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA AND BASIS

Your personal data in the form of images recorded by the monitoring system will be processed for the purpose of ensuring security, justified by the protection of the entity's property and prevention of actions that could harm the workplace, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

V. INFORMATION ABOUT THE OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE DATA AND THE CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE TO PROVIDE THEM

Providing your personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so will be associated with a lack of consent to enter the premises of the Controller's facilities covered by video monitoring.

VI. PERIOD OF DATA PROCESSING

Your personal data from video monitoring will be stored depending on the size of the recorded data - until the data is overwritten, but no longer than three months from the date of recording. In the event that the image recordings are evidence in proceedings based on law or the employer has received information that they may be evidence in proceedings, this period is extended until the final conclusion of the proceedings. After these periods, the personal data obtained from the monitoring and recorded images containing personal data will be destroyed. Your data will be processed automatically - monitoring cameras continuously record images.

VII. DATA RECIPIENTS

Your personal data will be disclosed to entities authorized to process them under legal provisions and contracts.

VIII. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to access the content of your personal data, rectify, erase, or restrict processing, as well as the right to object to their processing and the right to data portability - in cases and under the conditions specified in the GDPR.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, with its registered office in Warsaw at Stawki 2 Street, 00-193 Warsaw.

IX. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES

Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
